District #4: Okres Frances C. Jakabcin

Welcome to the Okres Frances Jakabcin, Eastern PA District #4

The Frances Jakabcin district of Eastern PA was started in 1941 with fourteen branches. The District chose its name in honor of Frances Jakabcin, a President of Reading, PA, whose dynamic influence steered FCSLA to accept the legal reserve table of rates in 1922.
