District #4: Okres Frances C. Jakabcin
Welcome to the Okres Frances Jakabcin, Eastern PA District #4
The Frances Jakabcin district of Eastern PA was started in 1941 with fourteen branches. The District chose its name in honor of Frances Jakabcin, a President of Reading, PA, whose dynamic influence steered FCSLA to accept the legal reserve table of rates in 1922.
We welcome our members, as well as those curious about our mission, to email us at our District email at francesjakabcin@gmail.com. We will also use this email to alert members of our meetings and events such as St. Anne’s Day, Christmas in July, and so much more throughout the year.
